A note from the founder
Community first.
Always.
I started Caynetic because I like building useful things and giving back to the community.
Sometimes that’s software that makes work easier. Other times, it’s a community hub, an open-source tool or a game of dominoes. I enjoy taking an idea and turning it into something people can use.
Privacy matters to me, and so does helping more people get into tech. Sharing tools, supporting other builders, volunteering and community initiatives are all part of that.

What is CayVPN?
CayVPN is our free, MIT-licensed VPN management software for your own Ubuntu server. Version 2.0 adds a private panel, WireGuard and AmneziaWG profiles, DNS and IPv6 controls, backup routes, and signed updates. Explore CayVPN and its setup guide.
What is CayneticVPN?
CayneticVPN is our separate VPN service, currently in beta, built for encrypted internet access and minimized data collection. CayVPN is the open-source software you run on your own server.
