Being listed as a supplier does not mean a buyer has accepted the supplier for a particular job. Keep a supplier’s profile, submitted evidence and the buyer’s review decision separate.

Do not collect a generic bundle of identity, banking and medical documents “just in case.” Identify which documents the actual buyer programme requests and who may see them. This specimen does not claim a named programme uses these fields.

Test a forwarded link, expired evidence and a supplier correcting a wrong document. Supplier-controlled sharing should expire and be revocable. The quote-to-delivery guide covers fulfilment after a job is agreed; readiness does not certify safety, legality or service performance.
