Practical software guides
A property workflow can coordinate evidence without establishing legal title. Keep the provenance of plans and documents visible and leave legal, survey and financial decisions with qualified professionals.
| Object | Required distinction |
|---|---|
| Parcel reference | Authoritative source versus internal working identifier |
| Plan | Survey source, revision and coordinate/reference-system details |
| Document | Received copy versus professionally verified evidence |
| Condition | Pending, disputed or satisfied by authorised review |
| Closing step | Commercial coordination versus legal/payment authority |
Two versions of a plan
A newer plan arrives with a different boundary annotation. Retain both versions, mark which is under review and link the affected question. A surveyor reviews the reference system and discrepancy; the app must not choose the larger parcel automatically or relabel an internal map as title evidence.
From enquiry to closing
Track the agreed commercial milestones, requested documents, legal conditions and approved payment confirmation. An AI-generated lead summary cannot clear a condition or authorise closing. Restrict identity and financial documents to the responsible roles.
Test an unauthorised document link and a condition changed after sign-off. An existing CRM/document system may be adequate; a custom portal should solve a demonstrated permission or integration gap. No faster-closing result or property title advice is claimed.
