An internal charter portal can coordinate documents and contacts. It must not display “cleared” unless the actual responsible authority’s decision has been verified.

Arrival coordinationMarina/crew tasks separate from clearance

Consult Bahamas Customs and Immigration for current official channels and requirements. This specimen does not replace those systems, submit documents on their behalf or claim a particular clearance rule.

Restrict identity documents and crew details. Keep a protected, minimal offline coordination list with a timestamp, and require review when it is stale. Test a document revision after submission and an unknown official status. An existing marina/charter tool may already support these tasks.
