A construction handoff can create avoidable rework, but this guide makes no claim that it costs more than materials. Track one purchase or change order from the approved revision to actual receipt.

A worker capturing receipt offline should see pending upload. Retain capture and server receipt times, and reconcile a repeated upload by stable reference. A delivery acknowledgement does not establish technical suitability or safety.
